Admission Procedure
Parents are invited to report to the school administration to complete the application file:
1 - Submit a copy of the birth certificate (required) and 4 ID photos
2 - Submit a copy of the vaccination record
Canteen
That’s why we have decided to make the canteen a mandatory option.
Our menus are varied and meet high nutritional standards.
If your child has any food allergies, parents are required to inform us at the time of enrollment.
All children are entitled to breakfast, a snack, and lunch for only 20,000 FCFA/month at the preschool level, and 22,500 FCFA/month for elementary students.
Mënel sa Boop
This program consists of setting up a savings plan starting from preschool.
This savings belongs entirely to our students and will allow them to have a working capital to launch their own projects after obtaining their Baccalaureate.
To achieve this, each parent is required to contribute a minimum of 5,000 FCFA per month over a period of 12 months, for a total annual contribution of 60,000 FCFA.
After school
The “After School” program is an opportunity for parents who have time constraints or who wish to boost their children’s abilities through fun and educational activities.
However, it should be noted that all children whose level is considered weak will be required to participate.
This program allows children to stay at school after regular classes, from 3:30 PM to 5:45 PM.
The cost of this program is 10,000 FCFA per month or 500 FCFA per day.
Birthdays
Pioneers’ Academy celebrates the birthdays of all its students.
To this end, a contribution is requested from parents.
In collaboration with the school administration, the Parents’ Association (PA) will be responsible for determining the amount of the contributions
Deworming
Throughout the school year, the school ensures that all children are dewormed at the end of each term.
In other words, each child is dewormed three times during the academic year, and the school covers the cost of the deworming medication.
Graduation
At the end of the school year, all Pioneers’ Academy students will have a ceremonial outfit made for the Graduation ceremony.
The prices of these outfits will be communicated to all parents once all the necessary information is available.
Transport
Children have access to air-conditioned buses that pick them up every morning and take them back home after school.
The transportation fee is 20,000 FCFA per month, whether or not you have subscribed to the After School program.
However, this cost may vary depending on the distance.
